Return and Refund Policy

At Urban Paws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns, Urban Paws will provide instructions regarding the return shipping method and any applicable return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns that are sent without prior authorization.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the problem.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are returned without their original packaging.
If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different product or variant, the quickest solution may be to return the original item, subject to the conditions of this policy, and place a new order once the return has been approved.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider or financial institution.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered.
